Beat the Monday Blues while promoting healthy eating in the workplace!

Meals are delivered to the workplace on Monday morning!

How it works...

1) Print the order form by clicking the button below.

(Menu changes each week so be sure to have this week's form)

 

Have each person fill out their choice before Friday afternoon.

2) Collect Payments & Submit Order

Individual e-transfers or cash on delivery accepted.

To submit, you can simply take a picture of the completed order form and text to 807-275-6081 or email it to michelle@michelledawncoaching.com

​

Orders and e-transfers due by end of work day on Friday.

3) Enjoy your meal on Monday!

Meals will be delivered to the office the following Monday morning.
